If you have the these 3 programs then this will be your whole schedule:
Week 1:
Monday: Dynamic Warmup, Fight Or Flight Warmup, 7 Day Challenge Workout
Wednesday: Dynamic Warmup, Fight Or Flight Warmup
Friday: Dynamic Warmup, Fight Or Flight Warmup, 7 Day Challenge Workout
Week 2:
Monday: Dynamic Warmup, Fight Or Flight Warmup, 4th/5th Gear - Week 1 Workout 1
Thursday: Dynamic Warmup, Fight Or Flight Warmup, 4th/5th Gear - Week 1 Workout 2
Week 3:
Monday: Dynamic Warmup, Fight Or Flight Warmup, 4th/5th Gear - Week 2 Workout 1
Thursday: Dynamic Warmup, Fight Or Flight Warmup, 4th/5th Gear - Week 2 Workout 2
Week 4:
Monday: Dynamic Warmup, Fight Or Flight Warmup, 4th/5th Gear - Week 3 Workout 1
Thursday: Dynamic Warmup, Fight Or Flight Warmup, 4th/5th Gear - Week 3 Workout 2
Week 5:
Monday: Dynamic Warmup, Fight Or Flight Warmup, 4th/5th Gear - Week 4 Workout 1
Thursday: Dynamic Warmup, Fight Or Flight Warmup, 4th/5th Gear - Week 4 Workout 2
Notes:
- Make sure to test your speed each week with the Speed Tests in the 7 Day Challenge.
- 4th Gear Workout is the beginner's version of the 30 Day Speed Training Workout.
- 5th Gear Workout is the Advanced version of the 30 Day Speed Training Workout.
- During the 7 Day Challenge, you will need one rest day in between each workout (3 workouts in a week).
- During the 30 Day Speed Training Workout, you will need two days of rest in between each workout. (Ex. Monday and Thursday, or Tuesday and Friday)
