The Fight Or Flight Warmup can be done 4-5 times a week. We recommend doing the warmup before practices, games or workouts.
Here is a full breakdown of our program levels:
0 = Dynamic Warmup
1 = Fight Or Flight Warmups (Sports, Agility, Vert, or Speed)
2 = 7 Day Challenges and Fast Twitch Formula (Vert, Speed)
3 = 30 Day Speed Training Workout, and Declaration Of Vertical Jump
Intensity Level Breakdown:
Level 0 programs should be the first program that you do before any warmup/workout by TTS or your own regimen.
Level 1 programs can be done 4-5 times a week. We recommend doing them before workouts, games, practices for the best results.
Level 2 programs can be done every other day (24 hour rests in between) since they do not require as much intensity. If you follow the program it is 3 workouts a week. For example: Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Level 3 programs you need at least two days of rest in between (i.e. - Monday workout - you couldn’t train again until Thursday)
Level 0 = CAN DO THIS EVERY DAY
Level 1 = COMES AFTER THE DYNAMIC WARMUP
Level 2 = CAN BE DONE AFTER 0 AND 1 ARE COMPLETE
Level 3 = CAN BE DONE AFTER 0 AND 1 ARE COMPLETE
(DO NOT DO A 0-1-2-3 AND A 4 IN THE SAME DAY)
