The main workouts in the 30 Day Speed Training Workout is the 4th Gear (beginner version) and 5th Gear (advanced workouts). We do offer various bonus workouts to help give TTS Athletes the edge.
Bonuses: Top Flight Workout, First Step Burst Workout, Own Your Calves
You will do these workouts one by one after you do the 4th or 5th gear workouts. You should not do both 4th or 5th gear with the bonus workouts. If you do the main program with the bonus workouts, you will feel sore and overwork your body. We highly recommend doing the main workout then once done with the 30 days, then do one of the bonus workouts.
