If you have both systems, here is what your schedule can look like:
Because the FTF workout is only 15-25 minutes in duration, you can use this instead of your "activation phase"...The days do not have to be Mon-Wed-Fri...They could be Tues-Thurs-Sat - etc. If You also have Trainer Bin (or any Sports Skills Workouts)...you can do skills work on your days off (tues, thurs, sat, sun)
NOTE If you or your Kids are fatigued coming into any Workout with the schedule I list above, you can take an additional day off. Overtraining can hurt your results, so be sure to listen to your body. The same goes for Skills Training "like Trainer Bin".
